The most Comprehensive Training Course in Virginia!

Your training takes place in an actual working Permanent Makeup Clinic, giving you a genuine experience in the PMU Industry.

If you have done any research on all the different training programs available (which we highly recommend before committing to any school), you will see most of them offer the bare minimum hours- many of them done at home or online- with 1 day in class with a live model.

This may appeal to those wishing to finish quickly.., but for those who actually want to PERFECT their craft before permanently altering someone's face- this is the place for you!

At La Femme, we spend 3-5 days per technique, perfecting our craft on paper, latex, fruit, etc-  before moving on to live models. After your 4 week Training, we move on to your 4 week Apprenticeship. You will be working along side me at your own station, so if any questions or concerns arise I am right there to assist you. I will approve your pre-draw before you tattoo, and fine tune everything with you at the end.  You will feel confident in learning everything you need to know to pass your state board exams, set up your own business, plus your secret weapon- all my tips and tricks I have picked up over the years!

Meet Your Teacher

My Name is Jeanette (Netty) Carey, Owner/Operator of La Femme Permanent Cosmetics. I have been licensed and certified by the State of Virginia as a Permanent Makeup Artist since 2015, Master Permanent Makeup Artist since 2017, and a Master Permanent Makeup Instructor since 2021.

My goal in creating this school was to provide the type of education I  would have liked to receive- plenty of hands on experience, working on multiple models to get an idea of how different skin types react, and basically everything i didn't know that I didn't know until I was out on my own- no teacher to guide me!

I will be there every step of the way- Guidance and Support for my students for LIFE!

Cost of Tuition is $10, 000 and includes your 8 weeks of training and apprenticeship, plus all supplies listed and more


Cost for Student Models is $50 per service + $50 for 6 week touch ups.
